Tomorrow we are off for a night in a cabin out on the Army base. It's our first practice round of travelling with Sydney. I'm expecting to not sleep much (which I usually don't anyway) and hoping we don't give up at 4:00 in the morning and just head home. We'll be out there with three other families and will do some snow machining (snowmobiling in AK language) and some x-country skiing. Hope it goes well and I'll have some fun pictures to post.

Good luck! Who knows...maybe she'll do even better than at home. My kids never cease to amaze me. When we traveled last weekend, Caleb slept in until 9 am which has NEVER happened. But then the week before he was up at 6:12 am on the dot every day. Hope you have a great time!!
Hope it all went splendidly...sleeping, enjoying and machining and such! Hooray for my birthday-sake's first overnighter adventure!
